• The behind-the-scenes automations wired up (access routing, welcome triggers, and any connections between your community, email, and checkout)
• Migration of your existing members and content, if you’re moving or restructuring
• Careful testing with a live run-through
• A walkthrough video and 14 days of post-launch support
